I've been hearing that since I was in high school. Having grown up in an Academic Community, I've grown to be familiar to UPians terms, until I moved to the city when I was 16 and did not come home after 10 straight years!Unlike in Manila, where I spent the past 10 years of my life, Thursdays in elbi is the "gimmick night" because most students are already home bound on Friday night.
So as part of my "personal sabbatical" of being in grad school, I went to UPLB's Feb fair last night and got a feel of what it is like. :)
