Biggs Experience

Another thing that I love, since I said that I'll be posting things that I love this February, are spontaneous trips.

A guy friend of mine was in need of a female perspective to come up with a "candy themed" outfit for his cousin's debut party. So the next thing I knew I was with my good friends Poch and Jimmy on our way to SM Lipa, where I'm going for the first time. We could've settled for a nearer mall but these boys wanted to try out the new highway that cuts the travel time in half.

One word: Achieve!

We're hungry by the time we reached SM Lipa so before we decided to hit the stores, we grab something to eat first!

Burgers, though unhealthy, have always been an "easy food" for me. When every thing else fail, a.k.a. undecided what to eat, burgers usually do the trick.

Good thing we decided to grab a bite at Biggs in SM Lipa and I love that the place is designed as an old school diner! I love old school diners! I love the one that I saw in Universal Studios in Singapore and I'm hoping to eat at a diner that I saw in my friend's photos when she went to Baguio.

So this summer, I am planning to go up ito Baguio and check out that "post modern" city!

Jim's competitive "Find-the-Hollywood-Icon" mode
Poch with small eyes and no highlighter
This is their "table mat"
I love the luggage design especially the left most one. It really is a TRUNK

View from where I am seated
Their walls looks like a great draft for Photo Booth
Jim's winning
Accdg to Poch, this is equivalent to a Quarter Pounder
Of course, the always present , fries! :)

Jim must have the double Patties :)

Thank you Poch for the treat!

The Rating:
Taste: Good
Price: Affordable and Reasonably Priced
Must Have: The Extreme Burger

Funny moment: There's this crew who was mopping the floor inches away from our table when Jim made a hand sign/gesture asking for a table napkin but the waiter got the idea that we're already asking for the bill.  Usually the waiter goes back to the counter to check our orders but we were surprised the he took out our bill from his back pocket like he has ESP that we're not going to order anymore and that we're going to ask for the bill!

Weird. Haha. Talk about efficient. :)
