I must admit, I don't really pay much attention to the eye brows until I saw a photo of me with barely there eye brows! So I made it a point to make myself look human by having decent brows when putting on make up.
I purchased this eyebrow kit that I've been eyeing for quite some time now. I got the darker color from the selection at the E.L.F. Cosmetics counter. I learned from the make up workshop that I attended early this year that it is better to use a brow powder or a dark brown eye shadow on your eyebrows than use a brow liner. It makes the brows appear natural and not "line-y".
Like a kid on Christmas day, I happily opened the package to see what it looks like:
The darker portion is a gel and the light one is the brow powder.
Instruction says that you have to use the brow gel first to line your brows then follow it up with the brow powder (lighter shade).
I tested and took photos of some of the swatches. Actually, what I did it is I slathered some Maybelline powder foundation first then used tested the swatches:

Price: Php 249.00
Place: Watson's SM Department Store
Performance: Tricky to apply. I had to sweep the brush several times on the gel before I can see if there is an actual color. I think this is meant to be used for a long time. The swatches shown above are about two to three sweep before I got the actual color.
Purchase again? Maybe. But based on the ELF eye brow kit experience, I think it is best to use a dark brown eye shadow alone with a fine tip eye brush.
