Been looking for pieces of Manila Chill Night in elbi and I found it in... Everyday Kebab! To get a good Kebab experiece, complete with Shisha and all, go to Everyday Kebab!
First things first: What is a Shisha or Hookah? As defined by
Wikipedia:
A hookah (South Asia: हुक़्क़ा (Devanagari), حقّہ (Nastaleeq) huqqah) also known as a waterpipe is a single or multi-stemmed (often glass-based) instrument for smoking in which the smoke is cooled and filtered by passing through water. The tobacco smoked is referred to asnarghile or shisha (sheesha) in the United States and Canada.Originally from India, hookah has gained popularity, especially in the Middle East and is gaining popularity in North America, South America, Europe and Australia.

| I miss and love Shisha! ( I first had my taste of Shisha when I went to Cebu back in 2007, then in Boracay and Greenbelt last 2009 ) I've tasted Strawberry, Macapuno, Pandan flavors and .... oh I don't remember the rest anymore! |

| They intentionally have these as seats so customers, especially girls can put their bags inside the "rattan-like" jar. |
 |
| My Cousin, Jihan, enjoying Strawberry flavored Shisha. Thrilled for her coz it's actually her first time and she loooooved it! (She's not really a smoker, by the way. Shisha is not something that you smoke the way people do with cigarettes.) |

Tip:
- They serve good meals and Arabic tea and not just alcoholic drinks.
- They also have frozen yogurt! Yey for the kids!
- All Shishas/Hookahs are imported. (Wife of the owner is pure Iranian)
- They have the best Kebab sauce.
- Excellent customer service. Owner even volunteered to take our picture (lol) and they have their own restroom which the customers can use. Everyone who's been to elbi square knows how "hassle" it is to go to the public restroom.
- Their staff is very attentive when the Shisha/Hookah coal needs to be changed and makes appropriate recommendations when necessary.
- Business Hours: 11am - until last man standing customer. And I mean literally. It's actually my second time to be one of the last customers of the bar til their closing time and they were very patient waiting for their customers. They're not even the kind who reminds customers of the "last order" time kind and they even stayed up when they had this customer who was drinking til 6am!
Everyday Kebab is in Elbi Square, near the center stage park, opposite Loata Loka bar and right beside Cafe Antonio. :)
