What you will normally see in Boracay

We went to Boracay last 2009 and stayed at Station 1. This time, our accommodation happened to be in Station 2 where it's near the bars, restaurants, mall and all the popular spot to party at night. Besides the beautiful beach, the powder-like sand and the best sunsets, here are the stuff you will regularly see in Boracay Island, particularly in Stations 2 and 3.

This is a major photo dump, prepare to load.

Wet market
The souvenir shops inside D'Mall.

Souvenirs galore

The souvenirs outside are cheaper than those inside D'Mall. Don't be fooled by those roaming sellers as well, they charge more and pretend you get a wholesaler's price if you're pinoy.

Seafooooood!

Now here's how it's happenin' at night:

If it weren't from my cellphone's Time and Date stamp, I would forget what day and time it is.

Establishments from Manila are conquering the Island. They now have Condominiums for sale, Starbucks, Shakey's and McDonald's is in construction. Now, if someone would put up a call center on the Island, kalurkeyyy!

Boracay is still kickin' even on a Monday night!

Lovin' the Christmas spirit of hotels. It's our first time to be in Boracay on a ber-month.

Now along the streets:

I always like to see Boracay Fire Dancers. We saw just one last time we were there and I heard that a former Filipina Actress, Rachel Lobangco is now a fire dancer in Boracay.

I tried to take still photos but it looked like this:

I like the way they used the ocean and shore as backdrop. Good thing I got the fire dancers on video:
