Review: Maybelline's HyperSharp Liner

I may have found a competitor of the stress-resistant dip liner that I blogged about before.

Meet Maybelline's HyperSharp Liner. The answer to the easiest application of eyeliner.

This is actually not new in the market but I got in only last week, wore it consistently for five days, before I made this review.



What I love most about this product:

• It gives the perfect sweep in the eyelids.
• It's easy grip like holding a pen.
• It can reach the hard-to-reach areas of the eyelids.
• You get full control of the length of the lines.
• It washes easily, with water and soap.

What I don't like about it:

• Price: Php 399 ( A lil' steep for a liner, but I got mine for 279.00 at 30% off).
• At the end of the day, after a whole day of wearing, it smudges under your eyes. But the good news about the smudge, it gives a certain "Kim Kardashian" smokey eyes peg look. 
• I don't think it's available in all Maybelline kiosk/stands. It's not as common/advertised as the others.

Maybe the smudging has something to do with the weather as well, because I recall my cousin who is the Queen of perfect application of eyeliner and mascara since we were 15 years old, (Yes, that's you Chimy! Haha!) Her mascara and eyeliner doesn't smudge at all in UK but smudges in the Philippines, especially when outdoors. 

Would I buy this product again?

Absolutely. Especially during this month, when Maybelline offers it at 30% off that you can get it for Php 279.00 til the end of the year. It goes a long way.
