Essential Tools hi-def Make up brushes

I have a strange love affair with make up brushes. Apy's friend helped us/me get this from US last summer. I fell in love with it especially the eye shadow brush kit, which you don't normally see  in the Philippines.

Not much of a fan of these kind of applicators but it came with the pack:

I was just interested in buying the eye shadow brush set ( I love brush sets! If you've been reading my blog for quite sometime now, you will notice and I also like making my own set.) but I couldn't help my self but buy another set from the same brand. I'm not really an online shopper, but when I saw these at Target, at a very affordable price compared to the online sellers here, I really was not able to fight the urge to buy it.

Although it said that it comes with a cosmetic bag, it didn't. But that's okay. I have a make up storage at home anyway.

One look online, and I know I am going to fall in love with the bristles.

And I did.

These are not the travel sized ones but that's okay. This set has all the essentials for setting / preppin' up the face.
I love this angled brush for contouring:

I've had these brushes since June and it's only now that I remembered  to publish it. Anyway, as I said, I have a strange behavior with buying make up brushes, that I bought a Marionnaud angled brush for every day use and just use this brush for special occasions.

Strange, I know, I know. I mean, what's the point of buying if I'm not going to use it, right?

So effective this month, I will no longer buy things, no matter how cheap, that I will not be able to use on a regular basis. I am guilty of these splurges and I have yet to blog about the Revlon foundation brush that I have, and haven't used yet.

There. Oh help me, budget fairy.
